President's Message December 2022

Happy holidays from ACSN!

This time of year is full of gratitude and good tidings, when most of us begin to slow down and spend more time focusing on family and friends rather than work.  However, it is important to remember during this season of reflection that our work friends and family are important to us, too.

Recently on LinkedIn, Arianna Huffington asked how people practice gratitude in the workplace.  As of this writing, there were more than 17,000 respondents who shared their ideas of showing gratitude to others at work.  People talked about celebrating the wins of others, keeping a gratitude journal, and sharing kudos in work meetings.

So now, I’d like to ask you – how do you express gratitude at work? What are your favorite ways to be intentional about letting others know that you are thankful for them and their contributions. Head over to our LinkedIn group and tell us!
