Position: VP, Diversity, Equity and, Inclusion

The VP - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is responsible for supporting the execution of ACSN’s strategic plan by consulting on efforts brought forth by the board or membership to ensure alignment with the organizational goal of being an inclusive space for all members of this industry. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our organization’s commitment to creating an equitable network that fosters career success for all members.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the development of a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with ACSN’s mission and goals
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the board and other stakeholders on matters related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Collaborate with the board and relevant committees to develop policies and guidelines that promote and support DEI efforts within ACSN
  • Engage ACSN members and the broader alumni career services community to foster understanding, support, and active participation in DEI efforts
