Saira Khan, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Hewlett Packard Enterprise 
Saira has a vivacious demeanor and is an engaging Recruiter with over 10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.  She has worked with several industries and has well rounded experience in hiring IT, Telecom, Aviation, Engineering, Sales, Administrative and Finance candidates ranging from Entry level to Executive positions. Recently, she has been focused on Cyber Security, Infrastructure Security and Governance, Risk and Compliance recruiting. She has worked her way up, and has a keen understanding of what people think and what they respond to. She has a degree in Learning Technologies and Performance Improvement with emphasis on Human Relations in Business, Advanced Training Technologies and Business Communication courses, which has helped her tremendously in fostering Human Relations, understanding conflict and resolving problems, as well as recruiting capable candidates. The combination of her experience and education has given her a unique insight into the recruitment business and has helped her become a successful Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Mikaela Hurst, Recruiting Manager, iProspect 
Mikaela Hurst is the Recruiting Manager for iProspect and has 8 years of recruiting experience in the Digital Marketing and IT industries. Mikaela came onboard with iProspect in March of 2015 and has had the opportunity to partner with their Fort Worth, Chicago and New York offices. Mikaela has exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of providing recruiting support for hiring managers. She has extensive experience developing successful recruiting strategies, screening candidates, and building candidate pipelines. Her passion is and will always be the relationships she is able to build with her internal and external clients. Outside of the office Mikaela enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants as well as catching a live Texas Country music show.
Scott Stavenhagen, Talent Acquisition, Lockheed Martin
Scott currently serves as the Lead Recruiter supporting Lockheed Martin’s Touch Labor roles as well as the University Talent Acquisition Team and brings more than 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience to this role. His expertise includes University Relations, full life cycle recruiting, hourly Production Operations recruiting, Intelligence and Solutions, and International Programs. Before joining Lockheed Martin, Scott served in a variety of capacities at General Dynamics, Coca Cola, Hanson Building Materials and DynCorp International. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. In his spare time, Scott enjoys golf, anything outdoors and Aggie football.
Noelle Bleich, Vice President – Human Capital Management, Goldman Sachs
  Noelle is a vice president in Recruiting within the Human Capital Management Division. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 as part of the Technology recruiting team in New York.     Noelle switched roles to oversee Private Wealth Management lateral recruiting in 2012. She relocated to the Irving office in 2014 to manage the Irving office’s recruiting efforts.  Noelle graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics.
