Resources from in-person and online events are available exclusively to ACSN members and registrants/attendees.

Past Conferences & Meet-ups: Access resources from ACSN’s annual conferences and regional meet-ups, including past agendas, speaker bios, recordings, notes, attendee directories, handouts and more.

Online Program Archive: All ACSN webinars and product demos are recorded and archived online for 24-7 viewing.

Members-Only Resources

The following resources are available exclusively to ACSN professional individual members.

Job Description Repository: This shared Google drive provides access to job descriptions shared by ACSN members. If you're revising current roles or considering adding new alumni career services positions, this members-only resource provides inspiration and key benchmarking data to consider. If you're interested in submitting additional job descriptions, you can do so via this form

ACSN Member Vendor Spreadsheet: This document was a compilation of vendors that ACSN members were using, gathered during a Spring 2022 webinar. This is not an exhaustive list of vendors that members use but is a good starting point if you're considering partnering with new members. You can use this sheet to identify what ACSN schools might be using a vendor, whether they're an official ACSN partner, and how you can get in touch with them. Information on this sheet will be updated periodically. 

Grab and Go: Don’t recreate the wheel! This section contains handouts, articles and other templates from ACSN members that you can adapt for your alumni. Just label with your institution’s logo or wordmark, fill in a few blanks, and leave the “Adapted from” statement at the bottom of the page.

Info to Share: Access best practices that ACSN members have gathered on the job for you to borrow or use as a resource for your own work. Best practices are grouped by topic and include: successful alumni programming ideas, popular webinar topics, proven counseling techniques, vendor recommendations, and other insights.

Web Resources: Access links to free websites that are favorites of ACSN members, including resources for alumni of specific career stages, diverse populations, online assessments, and more.

Member Voices: Access a curated list of articles, books, presentations, webinars from ACSN members. This section showcases the expertise of ACSN members grouped by topic.

As industry professionals, we understand the importance of staying up to date with the latest trends and practices to best serve our alumni communities. Job Openings: ACSN is a great place to source candidates for open alumni and/or career services positions at your institution, and to learn about new positions that may be of interest to you. Visit the Jobs tab in the ACSN LinkedIn group to view and share openings.

Alumni Career Services Network LinkedIn Group: Join the ACSN LinkedIn group as an additional way to connect with fellow members about best practices. Members frequently post discussions and pose questions to the group about timely topics affecting our field.

National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE) Knowledge Center: NACE’s knowledge center is a robust collection of information and best practices about the larger field of career services. Topics include: assessment, branding & marketing, career Services, coaching/counseling, diversity, legal issues, student outcomes and more.
