Position: Chair, Resources & Research 

The Chair of the Resources and Research Committee is responsible for overseeing the provision of industry-related resources as a benefit for the general membership of the organization. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Overseeing and maintaining the Resources Repository
  • Identifying trends within the alumni career services industry and collecting relevant information that would be useful to members
  • Ensuring the completion and dissemination of one original content artifact related to the alumni career services industry per program year
  • Collaborating with Programming, Communications, and other relevant committee chairs to advertise resources and disseminate information to membership
  • Continuing to grow and streamline operational processes related to the submission and validation of suggested additions to Resources Repository

  • Knowledge of the alumni career management industry
  • Research skills which include internet researching, interviewing and surveying
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat)
