Position: President

The President is a seasoned leader who will oversee operational efficiency and financial governance of the organization, and 10 board members. They are the key point of contact for the Administration Management Company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Presiding at all Board and Executive Committee meetings
  • Leading the Board and Executive Committee in carrying out its governance functions
  • Ensuring that the Board’s directives, policies, and resolutions are carried out
  • Supporting the work of the Executive Committee and Committee Chairs in developing and achieving the strategic goals annually
  • Liaising with the Association Management Company to define and implement contracted support and consultation
  • Assuring ongoing recruitment, development, and contributions of Board members
  • Serving as an ambassador of the organization and advocating its mission to internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading committees on an adhoc basis
