| Position: President The President is a seasoned leader who will oversee operational efficiency and financial governance of the organization, and 10 board members. They are the key point of contact for the Administration Management Company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
Presiding at all Board and Executive Committee meetingsLeading the Board and Executive Committee in carrying out its governance functionsEnsuring that the Board’s directives, policies, and resolutions are carried outSupporting the work of the Executive Committee and Committee Chairs in developing and achieving the strategic goals annuallyLiaising with the Association Management Company to define and implement contracted support and consultationAssuring ongoing recruitment, development, and contributions of Board membersServing as an ambassador of the organization and advocating its mission to internal and external stakeholdersLeading committees on an adhoc basis Board Members: 10 If this role is of interest to you, here are some additional skills we are looking for:
