President's Message March 2026 March is a season of renewal, "springing forward," and perhaps a little luck. It’s also the time we start to shift our focus toward our soon-to-be graduates. Since students are our future alumni, how does your office welcome them into the fold? Specifically, how do you manage the handoff between student-facing career services and alumni career services? Most importantly, how can we help our newest graduates feel connected to - and ready to rely on - their alumni network? At Mount Holyoke, our graduates participate in the Laurel Parade, and receive a silk scarf from members of the 50th Reunion class. It’s a powerful way to bridge the gap between generations.
