Over the past year, the ACSN board has been hard at work developing our Network’s next strategic plan. (If you attended the conference, you learned a little more about this at the annual business meeting.) We have our five goals finalized below, which we hope to work towards over the next five years. Many thanks to those who were able to provide feedback at the conference or 1:1 with us!

1. Scale Programming and Resources via "Plug-and-Play" Shared Resources
2. Assert ACSN as the Definitive Voice on Alumni Career ROI
3. Amplify Tangible and Certified Member Benefits
4. Restructure Governance for Sustainable Engagement
5. Streamline Core Programming and Communication

Here’s our challenge to you:
We’ll only reach these goals if we all work together. If you have thoughts or ideas that will contribute to these ideas, email me or one of our board members. And if you want to actively work on one of these goals, then I hope you’ll join a committee. Don’t worry if you’re new to the field or feel like you only have a little time to spare. ACSN will be grateful for any contribution toward our collective success.
